PRETENTIOUS FAKE LIFE Pretentious fake life obviously marked by an unwarranted claim to importance or distinction is the type of life so many people desire to live. Every day of my life, I usually think and ask myself, why do people have to pretend to be what they know they aren’t? The reason for this could not be far from the truth which could possibly be related to the “desire for self attention”. Psychology and mind emotions do play a part in the desire for self attention.
